When asked how to make the service itself higher quality, one word comes to mind: PERSONALIZATION. We have accomplished this by giving every family specific suggestions on how to create a service that reflects what made that individual's life special. For example, we provide all of our families with a video tribute at no charge. We also feature memorial packages that are completely customized to the individual. We promise our families to never provide a “generic” or “cookie cutter” funeral. We even partnered with our casket manufacturer to have the ability to provide a casket uniquely customized to their choosing. We take the approach that anything is possible.

We then researched building design to try to design a building that was more efficient, as well as more comforting than the typical funeral home. We worked with a world-class designer to combine colors and design to achieve this feeling. We realized that by making the building itself more efficient, we actually could create a warmer, higher-quality facility while reducing the actual cost to our families.

By implementing these innovations, we developed our “Fair Pricing Concept,” allowing families to pay only for what they use. By incorporating technology with building design, we achieved our goal of higher quality at a fair price. We are very proud of what we have developed, and we hope you will be also.
