Tracey C. Nelson

STOUGHTON - Tracey Charles Nelson, age 62 passed away on June 30, 2024, with his sister, Jeannine and niece, Katy, by his side after a battle with lung cancer. He was known for his unwavering selflessness and dedication to others.

Tracey developed a deep passion for roofing early in life, inspired by his father, a successful businessman in the roofing industry. Following in his father's footsteps, Tracey established and operated his own roofing company, a source of immense pride for him.

His generosity and kindness touched countless lives. Tracey always prioritized the needs of others above his own, embodying true selflessness in every aspect of his life.

He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his father, Charles “Chuck” Nelson (Sue); sister, Jeannine Nelson; children: Nicole, Kyle and Krista; grandchildren: Hailey, Gaige, Ava and Gabriel; as well as his nieces: Crystal, Amanda (Chad) Samantha (Michael) and Katy.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Joanna Stai (Nelson); sister, Tammera “Tammy” Kail, and his wife, Shelley Nelson.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
