Todd Richard Belshaw

MADISON - Todd Richard Belshaw, age 42 of Madison, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 from a heart attack. He was born in Madison on Oct. 27, 1966, the son of Richard and Susie Belshaw. He graduated from Poynette High School in 1985. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, uncles, and an aunt. Todd is survived by his parents, Richard and Susie Belshaw; his brother, Kurt (Wanda) Belshaw; nieces and nephews; a longtime friend, Will Hazard; Grandma Doerfer; and many aunts and uncles. His passion was in photography, computers, art and animals, especially tigers. He enjoyed spending time with his only nieces, Alexis and Ana, and nephew, Kaden. A memorial service will be held at ST. ALBERT THE GREAT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2420 St. Albert Drive, Sun Prairie, on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. God looked around the garden, And found an empty space. He looked down upon the earth, And saw your tired face. He put His arms around you And lifted you to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful For He only takes the best. He knew that you were weary, and He knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never be well on earth again. He saw the roads were getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb. So He closed your weary eyelids, and whispered peace be thine.
