Terrence F. Wenger

MADISON – Terrence F. Wenger, age 60, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 after a three year battle with cancer. Terry was born April 27, 1953 in Madison, the son of Rudy and Florence “Betty” (Leffler) Wenger. He married the former Elaine Eckstein on Sept. 23, 1995. Terry was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and most of all, friend. He will be remembered for his love of family, friends, his dogs, the Indianapolis Colts, and his cars. He loved a good car deal and worked for Don Miller Cars for 22 years, entertaining staff with his sense of humor and pranks. He never lost that youthful sense of humor, which was wonderful and also sometimes not, all at the same time. Terry is survived by his wife, Elaine; daughters, Lori Doucette, Angela (Shari) Doucette and Julie (Michael) Gray; two grandchildren, Jaron Doucette and Jordan Johnson; brothers, Bruce (Anna Mae) and Craig (Janet) Wenger; a sister-in-law, Karen Wenger; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dennis Wenger. A memorial service will be held at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Rd., Madison on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013 beginning at 4 p.m. Please bring your favorite “Terry” story to share. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until the time of service. The family would like to thank the Clark Family, especially Rob and Joyce, as well as Lynne Schultz for their ongoing love and support.
