Sharon Ann Aeschlimann

MADISON – Sharon Ann Aeschlimann, age 55 of Madison, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2006 at the HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg. Sharon was born Feb. 19, 1951 in Sauk City, the daughter of Robert and Luella (Elwood) Karsten. She loved playing cards, music, traveling, camping, cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by three sons, Troy Haakenstad, of Madison, Timothy Rhodes, Maine, and Christopher Haakenstad, Minneapolis; a brother, Edward Karsten, Ohio; three sisters, Carole Karsten, Madison, Beverly (Larry) Louis-Seely, Madison, Debra (Terry) Rice, Harvard, Ill.; former husband, Christopher Aeschlimann, Madison; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Sharon was a loving, caring and compassionate person, and will be greatly missed by those who loved and knew her. A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at the ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Road, on Monday, Sept. 11, 2006 at 6 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5 p.m. until the time of service.
