Ronald E. Greenwood

Ronald "Ronnie" Eugene Greenwood passed away peacefully January 18, 2025.

He was born August 9, 1940 to William Greenwood and Ethel Bliven Rower.

Ronnie had a wonderful smile and a free spirit. He lived his life his own way; in the moment, going wherever and whenever his heart desired. One of his greatest joys was thrift shopping. He was always very excited and proud of himself when he was able to score the "deal of a lifetime" and could never pass up the opportunity to buy something he thought would be the perfect gift for someone he cared about.

He had a profound love of country music. Frequently finding his way to a local establishment and partaking in karaoke whenever there was a chance to do so. He even recorded his own CD with his favorite country songs from the artists he loved. A gift that will keep his voice and memory alive for those who were fortunate enough to have received a copy.

Ronnie is survived by his children. Nadine Greenwood, Crystal Nuvy, Joyce Greenwood and Jeff Greenwood, as well as a multitude of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Knowing you was the "opportunity" of a lifetime. You have always been loved and you will truly be missed, but the Heavens and the Stars are now your new home.
