Robert Lon Lohrman

Janesville-Robert Lon Lohrman, age 72 passed away on Wednesday January 21, 2009 at his home. He was born January 7, 1937 the son of William and Helen (Kelly) Lohrman in Janesville, WI. He married Betty Russell on March 2, 1962 in Woodstock, IL. Bob was an avid hunter, fisherman and bowler and for many years played on ball leagues in Janesville, He especially looked forward to deer hunting with his family up north. He also loved to gamble. Bob worked 31 years for the city of Janesville. He is survived by his wife Betty, son Lonny (Jean) Wilson, grandson Shawn(Libby) Ewing, great grandson Jace Ewing all of Janesville brother David(Margaret)Gilbertson of Edgerton; sisters Grace(Richard Thomas) Williams Lakeland, FL, Linda(Duane) Quam, Donna (Paul) Splitter of Edgerton; brother in law Frank(Mary Kathryn) Splinter of Janesville and a very special aunt Kathleen Privatt of Milwaukee. He was preceded in death by a son, David Allen Lohrman, his parents William Lohrman and Helen Gilbertson a sister Mary Splinter, a brother Tom Gilbertson and stepfather Russell Gilbertson. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday January 27, 2009 at All Faiths Funeral Home 1618 E. Racine St. Janesville, WI 53545.
