MADISON Robert L. Bobbie Johnson, age 78, of Madison, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. He was born Sept. 10, 1938 in Stoughton, the son of Floyd and Pearl (Osborne) Johnson. He married Karla Teresinski in Sauk City on Sept. 19, 1999. Bobbie worked at Oscar Mayer for 30 years until his retirement in 1999. He loved to gamble, play cards and read. Bobbie is survived by his wife, Karla; children, Shelly (Jim) Roedsens of Madison, Reggie (Erin) Johnson of LaCrosse, Terri (Steve) Hale of Kent, Ohio, Cory (Sarah) Teresinski of Reedsburg and Karri (James) Philumalee of Arlington; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his first wife, Linda Johnson; brothers and sisters, Tom (Kathy) Johnson of Middleton, Fay Bomkamp of Cross Plains, Judy Wozniak of Madison, Charlotte (Ray) Buckeridge of Arena, Floyd Johnson of Madison, Floyd Moe of Sun Prairie, Pam Packer of Madison and Ricky Johnson. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Johnson; mother, Pearl Hilgers; step-father, Romie Hilgers; sisters, Patty and Dixie; and brothers, Dicky, Richard and Stanley. A memorial service will be held at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Rd., Madison on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 beginning at 12:30 p.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service. The family would like to thank Agrace HospiceCare for the dedication to Bobbies comfort and care the last 18 months.
