Rebecca Jo Duncan

JANESVILLE - Rebecca J. Duncan, age 76, of Janesville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014, at Dean St. Mary's Hospital. She was born to John and Lilian Weston in Darlington, WI. She was married to John Duncan, and worked at Gardner Baking Company until retiring to devote her life to her seven children. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed gardening, reading, card club, and cooking for her family. She was known for her delicious chicken and dumplings as well as her famous Becky's Potato Salad. Rebecca is survived by her six children: Jolee (David) Hall, Denise (James) Polen, Lora Duncan, Michelle (Brian) Larson, Dale Gosnel Duncan, William (Patti) Duncan; her three brothers: Norbert, Richard and Randy (Claudia) Weston; her 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and her closest friend, Barbara Flynn. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant brother, Norman; two sisters, Karen Hermanson and Cathy Harter; infant daughter, Ruth Agnes; son, Michael Duncan; and special niece, Cheryl Ann Hermanson.
