Raymond Allen

Rock Township-Raymond Allen, age 68, passed away October 2, 2008 at his home in Rock Township. He was born May 7, 1940 in Crystal Lake, IL to Willard and Lucille (Fradendall) Allen. Raymond worked as an electrician and truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and his many pets. He married Billie Jean Mclain-Posey on May 7’th 1987. They moved to Desoto, Wisconsin in August of 1989. They lived in Desoto for 17 years. Raymond is survived by his wife Billie Jean of Rock Township, WI; two daughters, Catherine Allen, of Baraboo, WI; Mary (Mark) Elliott of Janesville, WI; one son one son Harold (Agnes) Allen, of Janesville, WI; one step-son Jonathan (Shelly) Posey of Janesville, WI; two step daughters, Pamela Sherman, of S. Beloit, IL; Jean (Larry) Flood, of Beloit, WI; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great granchildren, three sisters Corky Fink, of Beloit, WI; Eva Bennet, of AZ; Charlotte (Dwight) Sorschen of Rockford, IL; two brothers, William (Barb) Allen, of Janesville, WI; Robert (Rose) Allen of Rockford, IL; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents, and one great grandson. A memorial service will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M., Sunday, October 19, 2008 at Rockvale Club House 6219 US Hwy 51S Janesville.
