Patricia M. Shelton

STOUGHTON – Patricia Marie “Patty” Shelton, age 78 of Stoughton, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at the Agrace HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg, following an extended illness. She was born in Milwaukee on July 31, 1942, the daughter of Frances and Florence (Polak) Kondziella. Patty married Harold Dean Shelton in Milwaukee, Wis., on May 2, 1960. Patty was the biggest Elvis Presley fan, enjoyed playing Bunco with other residence at her apartment building, shopping, and being around her family. Patty is survived by five children, Joe, James, Tim, Michael, and Jenni Shelton; her 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly; sister, Dolly (Doug Buyatt) Kondziella; brothers, Michael (Jackie) Kondziella and David (Marita) Doty; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean on Feb. 27, 1986; son, Billie Joe Shelton; parents; brother, Jim Kondziella; sisters, Annie Kondziella and Roni Nelson; niece, Tina Skomski; and nephew, Jimmy Skomski. A Celebration of Patty’s Life will be held at a later date. Graveside services will be held at St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery, 3801 S. 6th St., Milwaukee, at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021.
