Patricia A. Mann

MADISON – Patricia A. Mann, age 77 of Madison, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011 at the HospiceCare Center. She was born Feb. 22, 1934 in Madison, the daughter of Clark and Norma (Bates) Evarts. Patricia was a graduate of Madison East High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking. More recently she was involved with the Senior Center in Madison and did volunteer work with various children organizations. Patricia is survived by two daughters, Cindy Edwards and Judy Decker; a son Scott Mann; five grandchildren, Jason Jerzewski, Krystal Edwards, Matthew, Jessica and Barett Decker; two great-grandchildren, Avery and Aaliyah Domingue; an uncle, Everett (Mike) Bates; sisters, Janet Evarts and Mary Brunner; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Clifford Evarts; an aunt, Rosella Bates, an uncle, Art Bates; and her grandmother, Hannah Bates. Services are pending and will be announced at a later time. A very special thanks to her dear friends, Mark Benson and Father Anthony, as well as to the staffs of Care Wisconsin, Capital Lakes Nursing Home, Meriter Hospital, and HospiceCare, Inc.
