Pamela Ann Cuga

MADISON- Pamela Ann Cuga (Wilczewski), age 56 passed away following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born March 25, 1957 in Chicago; the daughter of Norbert and Delores (Borta) Cuga. Pamela enjoyed fishing, camping and working at Capitol Lakes Retirement Community. Most of all Pamela will be remembered for her positive demeanor and the love of her family. Pamela is survived by her three sons, David, Steven and Jeffrey (Sarah) Wilczewski, all of Madison; one sister, Darlene (Rick) Gadomski, of Berwyn, IL; two grandchildren, Olivia Parsons of Big Lake, MN and Peyton Wilczewski of Madison; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Glenn Cuga. A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at ST. PETER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5001 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, with Msgr. Charles Schluter presiding. A visitation will be held at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
