MADISON - Pam Meyer, age 64 of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. She was born in Vallejo, California on May 19, 1959.


Pam will always be remembered as a hardworking construction laborer. She has countless numbers of certificates and awards in all her endeavors. Pam was an avid volunteer for the Red Cross, Fire Department, and Hazmat clean up team. She was a proud volunteer in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and was fluent in American Sign Language.


Pam played softball for about 15 years in Madison. She pitched in the first gay games in San Francisco and is well known for her mean fast pitch.


Pam has overcome many challenges during her life which made her a very strong woman, the fighter we all know her to be!


Pam will be remembered well for her huge love of music, Dusty and Big Nose!


Pam is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Shirley; and her sister, Denise. She is survived by her sisters, Vicky and Deb; and a whole slew of nieces and nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.


A Celebration of Life for Pam will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at BURROWS Park, 25 Burrows Rd., Madison, which is located behind the clock shop on Sherman Ave.
