Noe owned and operated Estrada Family Landscaping in Beloit. A funeral service will be held from 10:00 A.M until 1:30 P.M on Friday, November 16, 2012 at the All Faiths Funeral Chapel 1618 E. Racine St. Janesville. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Catholic Cemetery in Beloit.
