FITCHBURG - Nina J Selivanoff of Fitchburg, age 62, died on July 20, 2007 at her home surrounded in love, by her family. Nina worked for the past 26 years at a company currently owned by Danisco. Born August 30, 1944 in Spokane, Washington, the daughter of Laura Boen Renna (Sam Renna step father) and A. A. (Michael Selivanoff), all whom preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 19, 2007 at 1 p.m. at UNITY OF MADISON, 601 Thompkins Drive. A universal worship service will also be held on Monday, August 6, 2007 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Gates of Heaven in James Madison Park by the Sufi Order of the West in Madison. Nina’s spiritual pursuits included Mata Amritanandamayi center of San Ramon, California and being a member of the Sufi order of the West. Before Nina passed away she was studying to be an ordained minister for Universal worship, which honors all faiths. Her humanitarian work included the Luke House on Ingersoll Rd and multiple blood drives and charity programs through her work and spiritual affiliations. Survivors include her children: David Mark Lefebvre, Amanda, Danius, Lisa, Grant and Dara Johnson; a grandson, Alexander Lefebvre. Surviving sisters include Sandra Johnson, of Omak, WA, Nancy Delaney, of Anadarko, OK and Nikki Gould, of Edgewater, FL; and one brother, Frank Renna, of Santa Monica, CA. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Humane Society. Nina raised 6 children, all of us are grateful for the time we had with her. A family is made of the bonds of love; Nina provided the love for a very large family.
