Neil R. Phillips

A service will be held at BASHFORD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 329 North St., Madison, on Monday, Dec. 20, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fran Deaner officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Inurnment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park, Monona at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established. We will all miss Neil, but are so grateful he was a part of our lives. Our lives were enriched with his presence.
