Mildred S. Baker

Madison- Mildred S. Baker, age 80, passed away Monday, December 31, 2007 at home in Madison. She was born April 7, 1927 in East Chicago, IN the daughter of Peter and Tekla (Mikalajunas) Sakas. Mildred graduated from Butler University with a degree in pharmacy. She married Roscoe Baker on June 28, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio. Mildred loved opening the world to her daughters, and taking road trips, big and small, with her husband Roscoe. Mildred is survived by her husband, Roscoe Baker of Madison, WI; daughters, Suzanne (Gerhard Krabbe) of Livonia, MI; Hildi (Brian Penoyer) Baker, Silver Spring, MD; four grandchildren, Scotia, Mei-Ling, Teslin, and Marloes.
