MADISON- Mrs. Mary Lee Brown was born on April 1, 1926 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Tommie and Willie (Newton) Rose. She entered into eternal rest on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012. She was married to the late Otis Brown, of Rochester, New York. She was converted at the early age of 9 years old in Little Rock, Arkansas. Singing the Lord’s Gospels and served in many capacities at Mt. Gideon Baptist Church in St. Louis, Missouri. She was faithful in Tithing and in sowing. In 2008, she moved to Fort Wayne, IN with her Niece, where she became a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church. She was under the leadership of Pastor Albert A. Walker. She moved to Madison, WI in December 2011. She was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas T. Rose; sister, Dorothy Rose Allen Booker, her mother Willie Newton Brown and her beloved aunt, Mary F. Hill. She leaves to mourn a generation of 11 nephews, 10 nieces and 3 generations of great-nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins along with friends. Funeral services will be held at END TIME MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL, 6723 Seybold Rd. Madison on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012 beginning at 11 a.m. with Bishop Godfrey A. Stubbs officiating. Burial will follow in Middleton Junction Cemetery, Madison. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
