Mary H. Millhench

MADISON – Mary H. Millhench, age 83 of Madison, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2007 at the HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg. She was born Aug. 14, 1923, in Dubuque, Iowa and raised by her parents Harley and Florence (Budworth) Starrett in southwestern Wisconsin. She attended Dodge School through 8th grade and graduated from Bloomington High. Following graduation, Mary attended Madison Business College, and later retired from the U.S. Postal Service. She is survived by a daughter, Roberta Henry; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; her good friend and caregiver, Dee. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Francis. Private services will be held with entombment at Highland Memory Gardens.
