Maria Vicenta Salazar Loredo

SUN PRAIRIE - Maria Vicenta Salazar Loredo, age 86, fell asleep in death on June 5, 2009 at the Sylvan Crossings Assisted Living in Waunakee. Maria Vicenta was the oldest daughter of six children to the late Elio Salazar and Hilaria Nolasco. She was preceded in death by her husband Eustorgio Loredo and 2 grandchildren. She was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico on January 22, 1923. Married in Hidalgo Tamaulipas on December 8, 1940 to Eustorgio Loredo. Bore and cared for seven children and a stepson, Monico Loredo, Maria Luz Loredo Chitica, Rafael Loredo, Arturo Loredo (Mex), Herlinda Loredo (Vega) Austin, TX., Genoveva Loredo (Sun Prairie), Irma Loredo (Gonzales) Houston, TX., and George Loredo, Corpus Christi, TX. She enjoyed 22 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She lived in Watertown for many years. Our entire family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who knew and took care of her with love and tenderness, Dr. Santiago Hernandez (Deancare), Dr. Michelle Pipp and PA Kathy Roth (UW Oncology) as well as the staff at Care WI specially NP’s Pat Lohr and Kathy Williamson, the caring staff at Sylvan Crossings, Karmenta Rehab Center and HospiceCare Inc,. A funeral talk will take place at the KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES, 4545 E. Buckeye Road on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 3:30 p.m.
