Margaret Mary Manning

MCFARLAND - Margaret Mary Peggy Manning, age 64, passed away at UW Hospital on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016 with her family by her side. Peggy was born in Madison on May 2, 1952. She was an at-home daycare provider for over 30 years. Her talents were many, including crocheting, beading, knitting, framing, exceptional cooking, loved fishing, antiquing and shopping collectibles. She had amazing artistic abilities, which often shone more than she ever knew. But those who knew her best could identify her true passion, caring and taking care of those in need. She will be missed by many. Her humor and personality will always shine on. Peggy is survived by her sweet husband, Michael A. Manning; daughters, Kimberly (Jasen) Ramirez, Katherine Bea (Ty) Manning, Jennifer (Robert) DeChambeau, and Abbey Manning; a son, Christopher Manning; grandchildren, Savanah, Taylor, Mackenzie, Dominic, Brittney, Robert, and Cal; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Jean Frantzen, Joan (Bradley) Kendall, Priscilla Waggoner, and Julia (John) Bailey; brothers, Roger Waggoner and John (Lynn) Waggoner; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Agnes and William Waggoner; brother, Joseph Waggoner; nieces, Charissa Frantzen and Tracy Midlefort-Kendall; and close cousin, Carol Newland. A memorial gathering will be held at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Rd., Madison on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by a gathering at 5100 CLUB in McFarland from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Please join us in remembering her life ~ donations not necessary, simply your presence.
