STOUGHTON - Lorraine Ann North (Pilz), age 55, of Stoughton, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. She was born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey on December 15, 1953, the daughter of Florence Meyers (Price) and Robert Meyers. She was married to Douglas North of Stoughton, on June 17, 2006 at the C.C. Riders Clubhouse in Madison. Lorraine was extremely proud of her son Cpl. Ryan Pilz of the United States Marine Corps and of the fact that he served his country in 2 tours in Iraq. She took time every morning to honor all of our troops that serve our country everyday. She was very passionate about all of the wildlife and critters in her yard and also made sure she had time for all of the children in the neighborhood as well. The things that gave her the most joy were riding on the motorcycle with her friends, camping, and going out on the lake in a boat. She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Florence and Robert Meyers. She is survived by two sisters, Barbara Grozis of St. Charles, IL and Patricia Kenny of Hot Springs, AR; her son Ryan and his wife Mellenie of Jacksonville, NC, and her husband Douglas (Patch) North of Stoughton; as well as all of her brothers and sisters of the C.C. Riders motorcycle club of who gave her one more family to love and be a part of. Services for Lorraine will be held at the C.C. RIDERS CLUBHOUSE, 1325 Parkside Dr., Madison, WI 53704 on Saturday May 9, 2009 at 2 pm. Burial will be at a later date TBD on the Bad River Indian Reservation. Lorraine was a light in everyone’s life and she will be missed greatly by many.
