Kevin G. Malling

MADISON - Kevin Garrett Malling, age 49, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 16, 2022, at St. Marys Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.

Kevin was born March 21, 1973, at Fairchild Air Force Base near Spokane, Washington. As the child of an Air Force pilot, Kevin traveled and lived all over the United States. We have many fond memories with Kevin of visiting National Parks, camping, fishing, riding his ATV and building forts.

Kevin graduated from Cordova High School, Rancho Cordova, California, and from Universal Technical Institute (HVAC), Phoenix, Arizona. He also got his CDL license from Werner Truck Driving School, Madison, Wisconsin. His proudest accomplishment was his active participation in AA and getting his 4-year chip. Kevin loved cars, motocross, shooting guns, watching cooking shows, country music, all animals (especially dogs), collecting hats, NASCAR and Mountain Dew!

Kevin is survived by his father, Vik (Lori) Malling; sisters, Kristi Malling, and Jennifer Moan (Malling); nieces, Ashley, Madison, and Kendall; and many loving extended family members.

Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Malling. Kevin's cremated remains will be buried in a private service next to his loving mother in a family plot located in Keeler, Michigan.

A memorial service will begin at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Rd., Madison, with Associate Pastor Andrew Henderson of City Church in Madison presiding. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
