Justin D. Prochaska

COLUMBUS - Justin Prochaska passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Nov. 30, 2015. Justin was born March 30, 1979, in Madison, Wis. He worked in construction. Justin was an outdoorsman; he loved all things outdoor related -- working outdoors, fishing, skiing, swimming, disc-golf, and numerous other outdoor activities. His favorite place was in the beautiful nature of Devils Lake, Wis. Anyone who knew Justin knew he was always there for his family and friends. He was a loving son, nephew, uncle and cousin. He showed dedication to everything that he did. His death was sudden and far too soon for anyone to comprehend. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother and father, Mary and Jim Kleinhans; grandparents, Sharon Black, Richard Pollak and Delores Kleinhans; two sisters, Christina Nickol and Sharon Lopez; four nephews, and three nieces along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Celebration of life for friends and family will be held at 1 p.m. at the CLUB HOUSE, address 1325 Parkside Drive, Madison, Wis., (off Lien Road, near the East Towne Mall), on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015.
