Joanne L. Normand

Joanne L. Normand, age 72, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Syverson Lutheran Home. She was born November 8, 1934 in Eau Claire, WI to Ralph and Evelyn (nee Elwood) Larson. On September 1, 1956, she married Ray Normand at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Eau Claire. In addition to raising her family, she took care of the books for her husband’s business, Vic & Ray’s Repair and was very involved in her church, Barum Lutheran Church. Joanne is survived by three children: Karen (Harold) Myers of Elk Mound, WI, Richard (Penny Short) Normand of Brookfield, MO, and Colleen (fiance', Mark Jennerman) Normand of Eau Claire, WI; six grandchildren: Trisha (fiance', Tony Bell) Myers, Mitch Myers, Kendra Short, Nick Short, Richard Normand, Jr., and Jamie Jo Gustavson; and a sister: Madeline Lunderville of Superior, WI. Further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Normand; her parents; and a sister, Ardyce Thompson. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 9, 2007 at 1:00 PM at Barum Lutheran Church, Elk Mound Township. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, November 8, 2007 at Plombon’s All Faiths Funeral & Cremation Service, 1405 N.
