Jerry W. Mohoney

SUN PRAIRIE Jerry W. Mohoney, born on April 12, 1957, passed away on July 3, 2018, after his wife, DeAnn (Niesen), held his hand and prayed a heartfelt prayer to Jehovah right before he took his last breath. He was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, the son of Donald (deceased) and Eudora. He was married to Terry Wagner and they had three children that he truly adored, Derek; Kayla (Aaron) Kubly and their son, Jeter; and Kaia (Andy) Frankenfield, and their children, Madison, Emerson and Jamison. He also had a son that he never got to know, Justin Allen. His furry daughter Sayde is going to miss him very dearly. Jerry is further survived by his oldest brother, Vic Mohoney; and youngest sister, Tina Nale, who always had a special place in Jerrys heart. His oldest sister, Debra and youngest brother, Jim preceded him in death. Jerry enjoyed teasing all his nieces and nephews, generation after generation. A celebration of Jerrys life will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2018, at THE ROUND TABLE, 1611 N. Bristol St., Sun Prairie, with a visitation from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a Bible Based Talk beginning promptly at 4:30 p.m. A meal will be shared with all in attendance at 5 p.m. The family requests no flowers, instead a memorial fund is being established in memory of Jerry.
