Geraldine R. Anderson

BLOOMING GROVE – Geraldine R. Anderson, age 65 of Blooming Grove, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, Nov. 2, 2007. Geraldine was born on July 15, 1942 to Gerhardt and Loraine Wachter. Geri graduated from Mazomanie High School in 1960. She worked as a bookkeeper before her marriage to David Anderson in 1963 and again after their divorce in 1969. Geri worked at St. Mary’s Hospital and Per Mar Security before her retirement. She greatly enjoyed reading, music, and traveling. Geri loved her two cats; Humphrey and Bogart. Geri is survived by her son, Michael (Carol) Anderson, of Paoli; three sisters, Lorraine Peterson, of Fall River, Lillian Nesvacil, of Brooklyn, and Mary Wachter, of Blooming Grove; two brothers, Gerald Wachter, of Arena, and James (Pat) Wachter, of Evansville; and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and a sister. A memorial gathering will be held at the ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Road, Madison, on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007 from 5 p.m to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Dane County Library System.
