Frederick L. Kuykendall

MADISON Frederick L. Kuykendall, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at his home. He was born on Sept. 6, 1942, in Madison to Leon and Hazel (Manson) Kuykendall. Fred grew up and attended school in Madison, graduating from East High School. He married, had two daughters, and moved his family from Madison to Janesville, Wis. He later returned to live in Madison until his death. Fred drove truck for most of his career. He enjoyed driving truck and fast cars, having several sport cars over the years. He also enjoyed boating on the Madison lakes. He enjoyed live music often listening to local country and bluegrass bands on weekends. Fred is survived by his daughter, Diana Kiesling; grandson, Nathan Kiesling; and sister, Donna Kuykendall. He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Dawn Kuykendall; and his brother, Dudley Kuykendall. A private family burial will be held at Windsor Congregational Cemetery.
