Evelyn Vivian Cohen

MADISON – Evelyn Vivian Cohen, age 91 of Madison, passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, 2006 at Brookdale Wynwood Assisted Living, of natural causes. She was born Feb. 21, 1915 in New York, the daughter of Morris and Pauline Glick. She lived most of her life in New York City, working for the public school system for many years. Evelyn is survived by a son, Mitchell Cohen, and his wife, Patricia Donaldson, of Verona. She is preceded in death by her husband Herman, on April 24, 1996; a brother and a sister. Private family services will be held.
