Eric J. Day

MADISON – Eric James Day, age 43 of Madison, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 2, 2024. He was born December 5, 1980, the son of Dennis and Jo Ellen (MacLeod) Day.

Eric loved spending time with family and his son Stuart. He spent most of his time outside, camping, listening to music, and playing with his baby cousin, Lachlan.

Eric is survived by his son, Stuart; his parents, Dennis and Jo Ellen Day; brothers, Steven (Angie) Day and Billy Day; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; nieces, Kalee, Maeson, Adria, Rosa and Jazmine.

Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents, Stuart and Dorthy Day, William B. MacLeod, and Carol and Bun Harris; his aunt, Diane Podebradsky; uncle and aunt, Gary and Jean Day; and cousin, Candice MacLeod.

Eric was a very loving son, brother, father and friend. He will be missed by many.
