Donald M. Drake

JANESVILLE - Donald M. Drake, 66, of Janesville, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at St. Marys Hospital in Janesville. Donald was born in Milwaukee, on January 2, 1949, to Donald and Pauline (Blazinic) Drake. He was married to Karen (Anderson) Drake. Donald enjoyed going fishing and going camping. He appreciated being able to travel. But he will be most remembered for his love of tinkering. Donald is survived by his wife Karen; son, David Drake; daughter, Sarah Ann Mahaffey, both of Milwaukee; step-children, Jamie Olson of Janesville, Jessica Olson of Janesville, Sarah Olson of Edgerton, Cassie Abila of Beloit, Trevor Froeber of Janesville, Kyle Froeber of Janesville, and Mark Drake of Janesville; as well as 19 grandchildren. He is further survived by his brother Mark (Vicki) Drake of Superior; a nephew, Cody Anderson of Sparta; and a niece, Amanda Wickham Anderson of Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1618 E. Racine St., Janesville on Saturday, January 10, 2015, beginning at noon.
