Dennis W. Asche

MCFARLAND – Dennis W. Asche, age 66, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital in Madison. Denny was Born, May 3, 1947 in Freeport, Ill, the son of Willis and Patricia (Wilky) Asche. Following graduation from Freeport Senior High, class of 1965, he went on to be an excellent welder. Denny played softball for many years in McFarland. He loved riding his Harley, playing pool, shooting his various guns and playing Texas Hold’em. Denny is survived by his mother, Patricia Asche of Freeport; a brother, Alan (Jennifer) Asche, of McFarland; a sister, Cindy (Wyman) Kjolsing of Fort Dodge, Iowa; nieces and nephews, Joshua (Kristin) Asche, Sara (Jake) Phelan, Krista (Ryan) Dunn and Nathan Kjolsing; six grand nieces and nephews; and a son Bradley Asche. He was preceded in death by his father, Willis. A memorial fund is being established in memory of Dennis.A private family service will be held at a later date.
