MADISON - Dennis K. Gronli, age 57, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Belmont Nursing & Rehab Center, Madison. He was born December 22, 1950 in Madison, the son of Orvin and Eleanor (Handel) Gronli. Following graduation from Madison West High School, Dennis served in the Army Reserves. Dennis is survived by his son, SSG Chris Gronli United States Army, Iraq; the love of his life, Lisa Reuter, of Madison; one sister Gay Anne (Dennis) Frappier, of Madison; three brothers, Doug K. Gronli, of Oregon; Don K. (Gin)Gronli, of Belleville; Dan K. (Sharon)Gronli, of Verona; one brother-in-law, Thom (Kim) Evans, of Monona; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Sally J. Gronli-Evans, and sister-in-law, Jeannie Gronli. A memorial gathering will be held at the ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Rd., on Monday, March 3, 2008 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. A special thank you to the UW Hospital Nurses, Doctors and Transplant Team.
