David Rose

David L. Rose age 55 of Mt. Horeb, WI passed away on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008 at Hospice Care in Fitchburg. He was born on June 19, 1953 in Boscobel, WI, the son of Lyle O. Rose and Marion R. (Green) Graser. David graduated from Fennimore High School in 1971. For many years he was a caregiver for the disabled. His hobbies included gardening, fishing, reading, and astronomy. David is survived by his mother Marion R. (Green) Graser and step-father Donald Graser of Fennimore, WI, his siblings Shirley Nielsen of Hatfield, WI, Rick (Linda) Rose of Madison, Deb Otterbeck (friend John Schwandinger) of Prairie du Chien, Jodie (Dan) Lease of Mt. Horeb, Tom Graser of Madison, Kathy (Jim) Lampe of Monona, and his beloved cat Georgie Girl, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, his paternal and maternal grandparents, and his brother Herb Rose of Roseville, MI. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009 at the St. Peters Lutheran Church in Fennimore, WI.
