David D. Mccosh

MADISON - David D. McCosh, age 66, passed away Monday, Dec. 15, 2008 at his residence. He was born June 15, 1942 in Canyon City, CO to Robert and Betty (Dryden) McCosh. Following high school he enlisted in the United States Air force, serving four years. He attended Colorado State University before attending graduate school at Marquette University. He purchased and operated Glenway Bike Shop in Madison, before working for the Dept. of Transportation for the past twenty four years. David will be fondly remembered for his love of photography, music, reading and writing, traveling, camping, biking, and his love of family and friends. David is survived by his children, Joan Elizabeth (Timothy) Dziewior, of Madison, and David Bruce McCosh, of Verona; a brother, Patrick (Nina) McCosh, of Fort Collins, CO; a sister, Melissa (Steve) Cook, of Santa Barbara, CA; three grandchildren, Timothy and Kaitlyn McCosh, at home in Verona, and Thomas Pfaff-Dziewior, at home in Madison; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Michael McCosh. Memorial services will be held at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Rd., Madison on Friday, December 19, 2008 at 4 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund is being established in memory of David.
