Colette Ellen Kreuser

MADISON - Colette Ellen Kreuser (nee Shelton) died on Nov. 29, 2014. She was born in Mauston, on Nov. 8, 1947. She was a proud graduate of Madonna High School and Alverno College in Milwaukee. Mauston held a very dear place in Colette's heart. Colette was preceded in death by her father, Patrick; mother, Marie (nee Fisher); and brother, John. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, John; and her siblings, Mary Kay Fedor (Ralph) of Milwaukee, Patrick (Kathy) of Marengo, IL, Maureen McGuire (Sean) of Denver, CO and her brother James (Barbara) of Oak Creek, WI. She is also survived by her god-children Kevin Shelton, Claire Brooker, Warren, Amelia and Spencer Lyman and Samantha White. Her god-children held a special place in her scheme of things, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Colette was employed for 11 years at Allis-Chalmers in West Allis and Leeds, AL and retired from TDS in Madison. A memorial celebration will be held in her honor on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 starting at 5:30 p.m. at the HOLIDAY INN WEST, 1109 Fourier Dr., Madison. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. at ST. PATRICKS CATHOLIC CHURCH, Mauston, with Father Antony Arokiyam officiating. A rosary will be said at church around 12 p.m. Interment will follow the Mass at St. Patrick's Cemetery. A luncheon will be provided. Both the memorial and Mass are open to whomever wants to attend.
