Charles Walden

Monona-Charles Walden, age 66, passed away on December 4, 2006. He was born October 23, 1940 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to Henry Walden and Erma (Culley) Walden. He graduated from the University of Minnesota. Beloved husband o Barbara Walden, of Monona for 39 years. Cherished father of Gerald Brent Walden, of Boston, Peter David Walden, of Los Angeles; and brother of Merilee (Jerry) McKay, of Princeton, British Columbia. He loved his family , the joy of mathematics,and the beauty of his native land. He walked his life's path with gentleness,humility, and in his long cancer journey his courage was a beacon to those who knew him. His family extends heartfelt thanks to the many compassionate, caring doctors, nurses, phsical therapists, and others who helped him live as fully as possible. At his request there will be no sevices. To honor his memory: Tell your children you love them.
