Charles J. Grande

MADISON – Charles J. Grande, age 64 of Madison, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2009 at the HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on Oct. 18, 1944, the son of Mildred Kazmierczak and Alfred Grande. Chuck was a long time employee of Oscar Mayer. He was a proud member of the LGBT community, and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his son, Sean Grande, of Madison; his sister, Patricia Chimel, of Turlock, CA; and many friends and relatives. A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held at the ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Road, Madison, on Thursday, June 25, 2009 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. A memorial mass will be held at ST. MARIA GORETTI CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5313 Flad Avenue, Madison, on Friday, June 26, 2009 at 11 a.m. Friends may call at the church on Friday, from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
