Charles Edward Livick

JANESVILLE - Charles Edward Livick, age 67, a lifetime resident of Janesville, died Sunday, January 7, 2018 with family by his side. Chuck was born December 30, 1950 in Edgerton, the son of Daniel and Violet Livick. He graduated from Craig High School in 1969. Chuck worked for many years as a janitor. He was a quiet guy, but he enjoyed large family gatherings, especially the food. Chuck enjoyed watching western movies, fishing, and spending time with his family on Lake Koshkonong. He was a kind person who could never say No to anyone. Chuck had a tough life in some ways, but he had a family that loved and cared for him, and he gave back as much as he got. He was always kind, gentle and helpful. He will be missed. Chuck is survived by his four children, Charles Livick, Jr., Shane Livick, Sarah (Adam) Schneider, and Matthew (Annette) Livick; his grandchildren, Brianna, Landon, Briana, Austin, Maddie, and Steven; a brother Bill Livick; four sisters, Marge (Eric) Olsen, Barb (Dan Killian) Livick, Patty (Dan) Lynch, and Kathy (Jay) Cramer; along with many nieces and nephews; his good friend, Jenny; and his sweet dog, Cookie. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel and his mother, Violet. Words of Remembrance will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018 at All Faiths Funeral Home, 1618 E. Racine St., Janesville. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12 p.m. until the time of service.
