Janesville - Charles Edwin Hartin, 47, passed away suddenly on the evening of Thursday, September 8th, 2022. He was born in Monroe, Wisconsin on October 4, 1974 to LaVern and Donna Hartin.


Charles was known for the love he held for his wife, children, grandchildren; and, for football, especially the Green Bay Packers. He leaves behind many beloved friends and family. He was a fun-loving, sarcastic father, son, husband and papa who was always ready to make you laugh. Charles gave the best fatherly advice to all of his children, plus other children in his life.


Charles leaves behind his wife, Billie Jo Hartin (Lohmeier); daughters, Destiny Hartin (Chris) and Alyssa Hartin; son, Noah Hartin; grandsons, Chance Hartin and Owen Howell; granddaughter, Paryss Hartin; his father, LaVern (Chuck) Hartin; sister, Candace Hartin-Bussey (Rick); brothers, Craig Hartin (Stacy), and Cory Hartin (Erica). He is also survived by his father-in-law, William Lohmeier (Kay); his mother-in-law, Karmyn Meissner; his brothers-in-law: Jason Robertson, Justin Robertson, Adam Schumaker (Rosalie) and Ryan Hanson (Alyssa); as well as many other family members and friends.


He is preceded in death by his mother Donna Hartin (Huffman).
