Bertino Matamoros

Janesville-Bertino Matamoros, Jr. age 49, passed away December 30, 2006, following a battle with cancer. He was born May 1, 1957 in Donna, Texas, the son of Bertino, Sr.and Guadalupe (Gomez) Matamoros. He will be fondly remembered for his love of cars, music, football, and professional wrestling. Bertino is survived by his parents, two daughters, Monica Matamoros, Weslaco, TX; Krystal Matamoros, of West Bend, WI; one son, Rolando Matamoros, of McAllen, TX; one brother, Armando (Elida) Matamoros, of Dallas, TX; one sister, Mary Ann (Tomas) Matamoros, Corpus Christi, TX; three grandchildren, Cassie, Alyssa, , and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by one brother, Inocencio, and two infant brothers, Joseph, and Gregory, and one infant sister Mary De La Paz. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at All Faiths Funeral Chapel. Friends may call from 10:00 A.M until time of service at the funeral home.
