Audrey J. Vorpahl

MCFARLAND/COLUMBUS – Audrey J. Vorpahl, age 75 of Columbus and formerly of McFarland, died on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007 at the HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg. Audrey was born June 13, 1932 to Gladys and William Seltrecht. She married Frederick J. Vorpahl on Aug. 5, 1950. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, one sister and a grandchild. Audrey is survived by nine children, Frederick (Kim) Vorpahl, Jr., Sandra (James) Mueller, Patricia (Roger) Prosser, Debra (Joaquin) Pasillas, Chuck (Deb Porter) Vorpahl, Rick Vorpahl, Michael (Laura) Vorpahl, Shelly (Manny) Mares, Stephanie (Ronald) Miller; 26 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two brothers, Clifford (Sharon) Seltrecht, of Sheboygan and Delbert Seltrecht, of Grafton. Services will be held at HIGHLAND MEMORY GARDENS CHAPEL, 3054 Highway BB, on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at noon, with Father Gary Wankerl officiating. Friends may call from 11:15 a.m. until the time of service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Audrey to the Don & Marilyn Anderson HospiceCare Center.
