Angela M. Klubertanz

COTTAGE GROVE Angela M. Klubertanz, age 47, passed away at home on Thursday, May 10, 2018, only nine months after her dad, Charles passed. She leaves behind her daughter Jada for us to love and cherish. She is also survived by her mother, Carol; sister, Carmen (Eddie Amoros) Klubertanz, of Springfield, Va.; brother, Deron Klubertanz of Cottage Grove; nephew, Nicholas; nieces, Sofia and Sky; her son, Michael, whom she gave to a beautiful family to raise; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and amazing friends. Angela excelled in softball and basketball. Her senior year at Monona Grove High School, she and her teammates went to the UW Fieldhouse where they played in the state basketball semifinals. Angela continued her academic and athletic career at Madison College and Edgewood College, where she received honors both on the court and in the classroom. Her smile, laugh and kind heart will be missed by all who knew her. Our family wishes to thank the staff at the UW Carbone Cancer Center and Agrace HospiceCare for their care of Angela. A visitation will be held at DOOR CREEK CHURCH, 6602 Dominion Drive, Madison, on Friday, June 1, 2018, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., with a memorial service to immediately follow at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for her daughter Jada.
